It`s a manufacturer mistake!
My Opinion: Don`t by UMI Phones!!!

I am just a service person,I can do  what I was allowedto .As you know,where ever you are, and where ever you bought
the phone,the seller will not promise to give warranty toyour screen,except the function.Since the screen was damaged by
yourself.
As I told you,you can send it back to us forrepairing.But,we are not responsible to the charge of the screen.

basically you are right ,replacing mobile phonescreens with a fee but because of the fact that the mobile phone broke in myfrontpocket of my pants (it did not fall down!!!!), the situation is clear:there is an manufacturer mistake! I desire that you will replace the screenwith no fee because ofgoodwill reason!
I expect a replacement for free, else your reputationwill not improve. ->“China shit sucks!” <- like that

I will send my situation with you to UMI. (copieUMI forum)

I refer tothe order number 360759 (geekbuying), received on the 19th April.

I placedthese mobile phone because in the description it was mentioned that the screendisplay has a high quality standard (Gorilla glass). For me it was an importantreason to buy this phone because I often put my mobile phone in the frontpocketof my pants.

Now I amafraid to tell that the glass is broken. For the protection I also bought onemobile phone case (see order number: 3648254.

As anattachment I submit a couple of photos of the damage. Because of this damage Ican only use the touch screen partly, rather not.

Corning®Gorilla® Glass 3 is „unbreakable“ and scratchproof. So my question is, why ismy mobile phone broken (in my frontpocket)?! It must be a production mistake! Idid NOT fall/threw it downg!!!

To sum upall: I cannot use my NEW mobile phone because of a production mistake of yoursides and what should I do now? The mobile phone is really important for me andneed a new one urgently. Of course I can send the phone to you , so that youmay repair it, but it takes really long ( around 7 to 8 weeks).

So it wouldbe nice if we can meet us in the middle .Is it possible to get a new one (orUmi Super with paying the difference).
