Umi Touch camera problem

One day my Umi Touch shown to me black screen, when I tried to open camera app from lock screen. I see the management interface, can open the settings, but there is no picture when you select any of the cameras.

After that, I could not take any photo with both of cameras. I tried to use other camera apps from GoogleApps, I rebooted phone, did clearing cache of camera app and did factory reset - and seen blackskreen again and again.

After all, I downloaded previous ROM from http://community.umidigi.com/ and flashed my phone via FlashTool, then booted phone in recovery and wiped phone. And, a miracle - I saw that my camera app is working now.

But after few weeks I have same problem. And my last method didn't work.

Since the last time I was able to solve the problem - I believe that it is software, not hardware

Have anyone to help me?
