Big E/3G/4G on the toolbar yes or no?

Why not have a switch option for it?
On settings>More>Networks could have a switch to turn on and off the icon.
Everybody would be happy...

Hello, it's a great idea Bence, there is a few time I would like to remove those big letters, they become to be annoying since the taskbar has a fully white letter. I think it should be better if it looks like on the umi emax mini : the 3G with its different bandwith (3g, H and H+). My wish is a different state on the 4G, too, instead of 4G only we can have 4G when it's on band 20, LTE when on band 7 and LTE+ on band 3. Our provider begins to deploy the band 28 (700Mhz) but I don't know if we can achieve this band on our umi phone.

New design looks bit more 'neat' but I m still missing actual download/upload speed which imho is fantastic feature! Very often I m connected to the internet but speed is so slow or none that i m not sure if thereis problem with my phone, browser or data speed. If there is actual down/up speed displayed in the toolbar i know immediately and i know how long will the down/up take approximately! Please kindly bring this feature! Thx

Its fair to say the current design is poor, clumsy and graphically dated! Android 4.4 esque
I would prefer to see a much more polished and minimal toolbar (and tile menu) design more in keeping with current android 6.0.1 / 7 or miui 8,

It is good to see forums like this asking the community for their input regarding ui design and I hope we see many more polls/ posts like it asking for input regarding other ui design elements, such as the launcher, tile menu, notification shade etc

New (??? Like every other Phone manufacturer has adopted) design please: get rid of those ugly, cheap, amateurish looking tekst indicators and save is some space on the status bar and give it a more serious and professional look.
