I'm having issues picking up 4G signal with Rogers in Ontario, Canada. It picks up 3G network, but only 4G once in a while. It's updated to V3.01_201606016 so it seems like the FOTA update didn't help at all. I checked the APN settings and they're as indicated by Rogers. Mods, any idea what the issue is? I went into engineer mode to make sure all the correct bands are on.
