Bad working CAM and no flash working

Hi,
i bought yesterday my new UMI Super, which works good except the cam. The pictures I make during the day in generall are a lot darker confronting them to the display view in this moment I take them, but this could also be also a subjective opinion of mine.


The BIG problem is the flash which is not working. On take a foto with flash at night, the flash before take the photo works, and I see a relative good  picture on screen, but when it makes the photo it makes WITHOUT flash. So the flash does not work on take the photo. I tried a ot of things, also change app, but nothing changed.


Can you help me??

Dear mburger,

The camera performance/quality will be improved by the next FOTA update, that is expected to be released in a few days.
If the flash LED physically works properly, then reflashing the software of your phone probably can solve your problem. Please use SP Flash Tool to rewrite the whole software content of your phone. Your user data will be lost.
