Mobile Data Off While On Call

Hi,

So i just got my new UMI Super and was noticing that when making a phone call, my 4G or 3G data is not on.


4G / 3G comes back on after a call.


Why is this? Solutions?


I am not used to this since my past android devices never did this.

Dear,
This is the normal phenomenon, 4G network can only be used for search Internet, 2G network for call, when you make a call, your phone will turn to 2G network, this is the common problem of 4G smartphone.

Hi, I have not this problem with y Elephone P9000, when 4G network is used for search Internet, 2G network for call, when you make a call, my P9000 phone will turn to 3G network.

How to do this
