Viber not working only on my phone!

Viber not syncing in background.Not receiving a messages on lock screen.Please tell me how to fix this problem on my Rome X.

Please check in Settings --> Accounts whether a Viber account exists and its syncing options are enabled.

Please check whether you experience the same issue with different messaging apps like Whatsapp or Skype  to know if it's a general issue or related to Viber only. Unfortunately I don't have a Rome X in hand to check your problem and its possible reasons.

i dont want to be brute or inpolite but you never have a umi rome x at ur hand
there are some way the umi rome x works corrctly?

Now it work when I updated viber and set pattern lock
