Dear, Don't worry, some of these problems are occassional problem, not everyone all have these problems, now we know these problems, we will release next FOTA soon, we will revise bugs and improve our phone performance continuously.

Could you tell us some details about your issue? where do you get stuck, what's the error message you get for example?

I'm trying to update for first time my Super to UMI SUPER.V3.01_20160525 but when it's at 96% downloaded it stops and I get a pup up error message "SD error, please check" I have tried in many ways:Cleaning cache from memory, changing my 2 SIM cards, restarting the phone, etc and n othing helps.
I have also tried to send you a bug report through the update OTA platform, but it is also not working.
Please help!

Excellent, thank you. I had failed the last 3 OTA updates with same symptoms - file unzip progress gets to 18%, screen goes black, delay, then appear to boot. android green ma appears then he falls ove dead.

I did not even have to remove the SD card, just Unmounting it was enough.
