helppp no sound

hello friends i need some help
my phone has no sound speakers and earphones even calls
ive tried everything, reboot factory reset just everything i can
how can i slove this problem

Dear User,

Just to make it clear, do you mean your phone doesn't output any level of sound neither through its loudspeaker nor the earpiece nor the headphones output?
To rule out the possibility of an existing software error, I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher application. That process will completely rewrite the whole software content of your device. - You will lose your user data.

yes it doesnt output any level of sound

Then your phone probably has a serious hardware defection that cannot be solved by software. I suggest you to contact your reseller and request a replacement.
