Hello, i got the following problem with my UMI Touch: i bought some cheap new chinese Class 10 64GB MicroSD Card (SDHC) for my UMI Touch and formatted it as external storage. After 2 days, all data was deleted from it automatically after i reboot the phone. Then i tried different things to fix it, also formatted it in FAT32 using windows, but after a very short time period all data was deleted again. My thoughts was the SD Card was broken, so now i bought a new one, this time from Samsung, but guess what.. Its exactly the same story, actually even worse. This time i wanted to format the card as internal storage, and it just get stuck at 20% formatting. Then after waiting ~2 minutes i get the messeage "the sd card cannot be deleted".
What the hell is going on there, and has anyone else similiar troubles with an 64GB (or more) SD card? I also still had an class 4 SDHC card from Samsung with 4GB which i also tried to make sure the Card Slot isnt the issue. This Card works excellent without any problems..

Hi,

Your "Samsung" card still can be a fake one if you didn't buy it from an authorized seller.
On the attached photo you can see a fake and an original 64GB Samsung memory card together beside a UMI Touch. The fake one cannot be used in UMI Touch, the other one works perfectly even as internal storage.

Regards,
Bence

As far as i know there is no 64GB SDHC cards. every SD card bigger than 32GB are SDXC Standard.

I'm using 32 SDHC card on Touch. works perfectly. Brand LD. Bought from ali.

Yes, an SD card above 32GB must be an SDXC (eXtended Capacity) type. On my photo the upper card is the fake one. The low quality painting peels off easily. It's real capacity is 8GB anyway.
