I recently bought Umi Rome X. I bought it on eBay from seller located in Spain and I live in Croatia (all EU).
Now I have issue with my phone since it stopped charging and it is not visible when connected to PC, so it is obviously some sort of USB connector problem.
Can anyone advise me about my options for repair, like can I get waranty and where to repair it in or near Croatia.
Any suggestion is welcome..
Thank you!

Dear,
Can you try to use another USB cable to charge it?
If you still have this problem, you should take your phone to the local phone repair shop to check whether the phone USB port is loose.
Another way, you can contact the reseller which you purchased your phone to apply for warranty.

If you still have this problem, you should ...

I tried another cable and charger with no avail. I conntacted eBay seller, but no response so far.
And I'm pretty sure there is no service center in Croatia.

Thank you for your answer.

Dear njurisa,

Your reseller is responsible for the warranty. If they don't respond, you can open a paypal dispute or a case in eBay's Resolution Center. If your reseller still refuse to reply and resolve your issue, finally you get a full refund with or without returning your good.
On the other hand, as Jojo said, a local repair shop probably can solve your issue but that's the sellers responsibility to cover its costs if you don't get a full refund.

Regards,
Bence

The seller finally responded, but instead of offering a repair or varanty claim they offered that I buy from them an used USB board and replace it myself or in some repair shop. After lots of mails I finaly managed to repair the phone by myself. In the process i had to open it, so now I don't have varanty anymore. For everyone with the same problem, here is the solution:

Tha flat cable connecting mainboard and USB board was partialy disconnected on the motherboard side. I think it is the design flaw, because you can cause that by sliglty pushing right beneath the first SIM slot when inserting the SIM card. I did disassembled the whole phone, but repair can be done just by unglueing the black sticker behind battery and than by using some tool to reinsert the connector back up.
