If the battery is seriously discharged (its voltage has dropped lower than a certain level), its built-in protective electronics turns off its output to protect the battery against complete discharging, that would kill it. In this case the electronics of the phone simply can't detect the installed battery, so that won't start to charge it, just sends short time and low voltage test power signals.
So, if you let your phone to completely discharge its battery, then you left it without charging for three days, then you just used your device improperly.
Now you should keep your phone on charger for up to 24 hours (if needed) to let the battery become alive again by the test power signals. If that doesn't help, then the battery must be removed and charged with an external battery charger. |
