OK, I tried from Recovery.
but the Flashttol just does nothing.
It´s a little frustrating.

I even tried to flash the Rom directly from Recovery via SD-Card.
but now it even don´t try to boot.
at startup the hammer goes directly to recovery mode :-(

I also tried to flash in Fastbootmode.
but there are only Errors every time.
does exzist something like a RUU (RUU is a System Reset File where everything will be flashed new. its used from HTC) which I can flash via fastboot.
I don´t like these Windows tools.
You can´t see what they are doing while you´re waiting.

If you also don´t now what I can do now, I will send it back to China.
E-Fox (onlineshop) said, that the technics there will do it, (or change the Hammer, who nows)

TWRP recovery is very good. You can copy any version of ROM updates (a single .zip file) to a memory card and install it from TWRP recovery. So, use the Rootjoy app for only downloading a ROM, then copy the file to your memory card. While TWRP recovery is running, you even can copy the file to the internal memory and install from there. You just need to mount the internal memory and enable MTP.
