Dear fonta,
I'm quite not sure if coolicool has really sent your phone to UMI. Moreover, regardless of if they've sent it or not, that's coolicool's responsibility to take care of your warranty if you bought your phone from them. You paid coolicool, not UMI. Therefore, you should demand a new/repaired phone or a full refund from coolicool.
Of course, you still can ask UMI to investigate this issue (to bring to light if they've got your phone from coolicool or not) but that's better to contact them directly by sending an email to after_sale@91umi.com. This forum is not suitable to arrange such cases. |
