Have you tried to format the SD Card to FAT32?
If not, do a backup, format it and try again.

Hi,

That must be a coincidental accident. Please, try to flash your phone again with SP Flash Tool but choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option instead of the default download only.
If that doesn't help, I suggest you to download a third party camera app from Google Play Store and try it. If you get the same result, then your phone probably needs to be repaired.

UMI Iron Pro no synchronization with Google contacts. There are only synchronize with Google+, but it is not the same thing. How to fix the error?

Please check in Settings --> Accounts whether a Google account is present or not. If yes, tap on it and check which services are enabled for sync. You can enable the Contacts sync there.
Google+ is a service of Google, not a different google account type, so I don't really understand your issue.
