eu tentei fazer root mas meu umidigi bison ficou em loop infinito , dai acidentalmente formatei todo o sistema do aparelho , ai ele ta em hard brick , morto o que eu faço ?

Hello All
I wrote because have problem in new Bison phone - microphone in calls not working I try everything , factory reset, new rom but no result - still not working , voice recorder working good , only in call not (phone,whatsapp,duo,facebook) when I plug in headphones with microphone is work when unplug is not
Can You help me to resolve this ????

i tried to root but my bison umidigi was in infinite loop, how do i solve it?
