pin code security probleme

Hello everybody i have a little probleme with my phone UMI IRON.
After a put my pin code the phone ask me another one pin code about private security but i don't have it.
where can i find the pin code ???
i bought the phone on tomtop on ebay, i've the both IMEI and i ask the service support "after sale@91umi.com" but nobody reply me ...

This happened to me. It was a real pain to fix and took quite a long time. The only way to fix it is to do a complete wipe of your device using SP Tools I'm afraid.

Have a look at my thread and read some others on this forum. You're not the first one to have this issue.

i thought about to use SP Tools but i don't want to erase my data ...

i try to contact the support service but nobody reply you. the probleme it's not big. umi can give to Purchaser the code about security service like other constructor, with that, the probleme will solve.

i gave us my IMEI but but any response.

hi i try to use SP TOOLS but my phone it's not recognize in my win7 ... .

but when plug it with many cable and usb port, my computer write "Unknown USB Device"

i try to make hard reset in the recovery menu, but a the start the same probleme coming about privacy protection even if i format it and the usb port don't work too ...

hi i try to hard reset but same probleme. i found my password now my phone work.
so be careful to the first utilsation with the security password write it somewhere
