Front Camera stuck UMI IRON PRO

Hi,
i got 2 weeks with my umi iron pro, is beautiful but i notice some issues in it.
i m not a people who likes takes selfie or pictures in general, so, in way to test the phone i tried a selfie with front camera and flash,
whem i did it, i notice smartphone get stuck and i got to close camera app through the app manager.
so, last night i was with my family walkingout and again i tried a selfie but again camera stuck , just in this time complete phone get stuck.
i pressed powerbutton to restart and mobile got off , but whem was starting up stuck about 8 minutes in android screen.
so, i restart again pressing power button and celphone still stuck in android screen.
finally i got into safe mode and restart and about 3 minutes after celphone start updating 106 applications , then android desktop get up. after that i tried a picture ussing rear camera and pictures were not good, wer very dark even with flash (in other times i take a good pictures in darker with the flash, but this time were too bad).

are there any way to solve or fix this issues, or maybe would be good try with google camera app?
any help i would accept and comments.
