Dear user,

That depends on your reseller's policy and the local laws but usually batteries are covered by 6 months of warranty. You should contact your reseller (banggood if they are that) about your issue.

Hi.

I have a UMI Rome bought at 9 months ago, in recent times has given problems to battery level, don't  know what can be. Sometimes has 40% battery and turns off, place it on chage and gives the signal of such 40% battery. Sometimes battery reaches 15% with "Active Battery Saver" on and, turns off immediately. Other times when chaging in the car phone turns off !

What can it be and how to solve it?

I have the same problem with my UMI Rome, I think the only solution is to forget this phone and never buy a phone brand more UMI.

Hello, I have umi rome version of kernel 3.10.65+. Wed dec 30 18:12:43 CST 2015.numero build 3.03. I have trouble making a year with the battery made about 20% cellular this discharge very quickly. I look into the umidi community and on the web. Not much I can do. Would you have a solution?
