Hi There,

My LOCATION functionalities are completely off in every possible settings in android and in every single app, even for the system apps.
When i remove the SIM Tray, and plug it back in, the GPS turns itself ON, and some packets with my GPS Location, IMEI and other private details are sent to the IP 108.177.119.192  (which redirects to google.com when you browse on it).

So I did a factory reset, and it still does the same thing. Every single time i remove/plug back in the SIM Tray, GPS Goes on, packets are sent to 108.177.119.192 (8.8kb of information, it's not small at all).

Could somebody please double check if this happens on other phones? Make sure every possible GPS options and access are OFF (even my google account doesn't keep my history etc...) . Simply remove and replug the SIM Tray (with a sim card in it) and check if the GPS turned ON.

I think I know now what people mean by "smeared images"

Attached, find a photo I took of our dog. When you zoom into it you see blurred areas, where the adjacent pixels all have the same colour, resulting in a significant loss of detail. Especially when you look at the vine leaves behind the dog, or at the boundary between the foreground (dog shoulder) and the background (leaves behind her).
Really bad quality.

I use Nova Launcher which allows you to customise pretty much everything.

Mine's downloading now - even if they haven't fixed the memory issue my phone will run beautifully for a couple of days (it always does after a firmware update - I guess each one clears a cache or something that's the cause of the memory issue).

At least we have a security update at last!
