Hi, I purchased the umidigi S3 pro via the indiegogo campaign (see contribution id #1129 below).
Now, I'm experiencing serious sound issues while making or receiving phone calls. After some investigation, I believe
that this is a hardware issue.
How can we proceed to replace this phone? I don't want to pay anything extra as I'm quite disappointed with the fact that
this is a brand new phone and I've already some hardward issue with it. I've sent an email to [url=]ben@91umi.com[/url] as well.
