Ok, I've rooted the unit and mounted the /system in RW mode, then changed the apns-conf.xml.
I think that the problem is not linked to APN (even if the APN needs some cosmetic fix)
and I'v tried with an without service data:
here is the logcat with service data ( so I can send receive MMS: https://pastebin.com/HhfWSxMB
and here without service data, so no MMS at all : https://pastebin.com/g9DFA1zr
as you can see in this case, we have the error message :
- 12-09 14:58:10.522 8547 8596 E Bugle : Get mms config failed: invalid subId. subId=1, real subId=1, map={ 3 }
