Charging cable

I bought a magnetic charging cable and it works fine for my power bank using the micro usb attachment but its not charging the umi super with the type c attachment. What would make this incompatible? iv had the same problem with 1 other charging cable and a micro usb to type c adapter.

Basically some of USB cable cannot be compatible with some devices. USB plug could be too short cause incorrect contact in USB socket in device.

Sorry, I misunderstand your ?. Problem with some type USB-c cables are that they do not fit. Make a google for compatible cables.

Totally agree,the usb-c plug needs to be longer
than many manufacturers supply.which causes charging
issues as well as things like the keyboard not working correctly
brightness of display changing.screen sensitivity is also an
issue.
