I have noticed that when I play golf games ie. WGT Golf & GolfStar, there's a slight delay in response on the touch on the screen that made those games unplayable. These didn't happen on my Samsung Note 4... Is it becoz of the UMIOS or is the chipset Mediatek? Will flashing basic ROM help?

Firstly please update to latest firmware.
If doesn't help you can try with Basic ROM
