Clear apps from RAM and notifications

I'm on official soft from 27.12.2017. No newer update is available throuh OTA.

What could/should I do to:
1. Disable system to clearing apps from memory.
2.

Make the system work properly for notifications?

Use OTA zip file from here
http://community.umidigi.com/thread-16780-1-1.html
And perform local update.

Today I updated to the latest version, but these problems still remain + disappeared dura speed in settings
