How Best to Factory Reset S2 Pro?

What is the Best Way to perform a Factory Reset?

Through SETTINGS...Backup & Reset?

Or from the Off Position...Pressing Volume and Power?

At Gearbest's instructions last month, April said to Hold the Volume and Power Buttons down to start the Android Hard Reset.

I did that and I did not recognize the normal options from other Androids.  I honestly thought I had BRICKED the device for an hour when it froze on me.

Are there any Photos showing the Android Reset Boot Screen?

Even though I've 'Fixed' the horrible InCallUI constant Crashing, I just want to return to fresh and play some more.

There is two options.One is through to settings if phone is still responding and other through to recovery menu.
If phone is still responding please use first option.
Otherwise please press power button and hold until phone reboot.
If doesn't start correctly or freezing, switch off phone agsiy.
Press power button and volume down (if volume down doesn't work use volume up) together and when you see android logo release power button and still hold volume until get in to recovery menu. And perform factory reset.
