I received my new S2 Pro from Gearbest yesterday.  I immediately put it on charge discovered there is a problem. Unless you push the C type plug  FULLY into the USB socket it will not connect/charge. It appears to me that the metal section of the plug is very slightly too short  and consequently you have to push it in very hard to make any contact. Should the plug  move even very slightly, it disconnects and stops charging.  This is quite a serious problem, have any other owners experience this fault and do Umidigi know about it ?

yes the case they offered is a failure

it makes the usb-c port very easily fall off.

I haven't any problems with charging. I received my S2 Pro at last Wednesday and charged once without problems. Today will be second time. Do you charge with or without case?

Without case. Just discovered another post(s) describing the same issue, so its not just me.

Sorry I previously had tried it with case, but have just tried without and it clicks in and holds perfectly. Thank you.
