Format whole flash.

im new to sp tool ,,,,tell me pleasee how to format without bootloader  please,,,send me a screen shot if you can....

I have same trouble, null imei and serial number 123456789abcd...
Please help me, i need nvram because i have been tried all off ways and still stuck with not result, why i need nvram just because every tools i already used not working properly except spftools, sorry for my English..

Please follow SPFT instruction which is provide here. Don't do anything more, don't use different apps etc

Please follow this instruction

1. use spft to format whole flash.
2. your device probably dead but dont worry, just flash it with original ROM.
3. change imei just use SN_Write_Tool_v1.1728.00 with follow the instruction how to use it, all of you need is be patient while your device connect to your PC, try to unplug if it still stuck and then power off your device, reconnect to pc repeatedly until loading indicator is running.

what do you mean by format whole flash...is this which is in the format section or the dowload section where you have format all + download option?

i follow as you told me,,,,format whole flash (in the format section where you got format whola flash except bootloader)
i dont know if it so as you said
then i download the original firmware without power it on after the format whole flash
still without powering it on,,i used the SN wrtiter Tool and it ends with a successful operation,,,
then i power it on,,,,IMEI fixed but stil "NO SERVICE" for the SIM inserted

i need help please,,it's my only phone that i got?

Have you no service on both slots? Is your IMEI number restored?
Please use only one sim card, also swap between slots, please write APN address too.

In SPFT you also have option only format and then you can choose except bootloader. I would recommend format with bootloader too. Then use download option and download whole ROM.
