Take a screenshot : does not work

Hi,

I have a S2, have update to the last Android version but when I press the 'off button' and 'volume down', it does not take a screenshot!

I try at least 30 times, and only got 1 screenshot finally ! It only display the "volume panel". (I have reboot too)

Any idea ?

Press volume down with power button together for second (until screenshot)

Hold Volume Down first then trigger with Power button. Works for me every time.

Sometimes it works ( only 5 % of the time or less ), but I have an error message, it explains that there is no remaining space on the card.

But... I have a card ? I don't think so... and my phone is new from a few days !

Please take the picture or record video with this issue and error displayed on screen.
Please remove sim card tray and test device.
