Well,I think is very good phone for a 100$,for calling and browse the net,I dont expect very much for this money,overall its a cloned chines phone,what can I say....

Anyone of you all are using the phone as a primary phone witout get any problem ?! Because i really can't use it!
Please answer because if it's a common problem i think that they MUST fix it, otherwise if it's just my problem i will ask about the warranty.

Actually, mine cost $140 in Sept 2017 -  but you're right in that we get what we pay for.

\n\nI asked them to fix my smartphone and they said that i should wait the new Fw update..so it should arrive soon.
Anyway if i will not see any othr update in a month i will contat them again..and maybe we will talk about a class action because i use to buy cheap phones (xiaomi for example) but i've never had a phone like crystal, Never...couldn't use from the beginning!

Just to make it clear, same basic hardware components mean the SoC and flash chip. So the processor with the basic input/output system, the RAM and the data storage. Peripheral components like the antenna setup, speakers, microphones, screen, touch panel, battery etc. are different. So far not only the case is different.
