Please open calling dialler and type in *#*#33#*#*
Then go to single test - vibrator and test few times.
If you have strange noise you probably have hardware issues. This can be vibrator unit internal failure or simply got loose.
You can contact to seller and ask for solution or open phone too check what is wrong. If is loose you can secure vibrator but if is faulty you can buy from aliexpress.
