Umidigi S2 won't start

Had the same problem with  Umidigi Z2 since a couple of weeks. Today i've connected the dead phone with my linux-pc. The kernel-log shows an usb-device trying to connect and a short time later the phone boots like there's nothing been! The battery was at 21%, last full loading was 52 days before. I've no idea, what's going wrong to semi-brick the device and why it boots after connecting with the pc.

Maybe your phone awakes the same way, if connected with a pc?

I am using S2 Light Since  7 month.But now my mobile is not charge When i plug in with charger. PLease Help me

I got my money back from my bank as the seller was a turn around ballhead
I still have it new as decoration
no much help with Umidigi Warranty ...no number no help nothing
a beauty lost in the space

You can try overwrite system with SPFT.

The worse thing in it is when the touches wouldn’t go away and keep sliding and re-sliding down the notifications center making the phone impossible to use. I tried many times to just restart it but that didn’t seem to work. I even tried a factory reset but that didnÕt work either.

I had such problems with the new (!) UMiDIGI One, but everything was decided after a reset
