Can you not use tethering by Wi-Fi?

Press in same time and hold power button with volume down for second (you will hear screenshot sound)

Não sei se estou postando minha dúvida no lugar certo, mas foi onde consegui chegar.

Ele esquenta muito e não abre o aplicativo do banco do brasil.

Vocês podem me ajudar a resolver esses dois problemas?

I just got my Umidigi Crystal 4G 64 GB and I have a technical problem:
If I have the mobile data network activated it works fine, but once I arrive home and I turn on the wifi, the mobile data stops working.
Once the phone switches to wifi, when I leave home the mobile data network isn't working anymore. I have to switch the phone off and the mobile data on and then it works again.
The same way it happens if I turn wifi on and mobile data off. Once I switch mobile data on, it will not work until I switch the phone off and restart it.
I think is a software problem. Does anyone have it? Please advise!

Hi,
We heard similar complaints from few users on different devices but we never experienced same issues on our testing devices.
Please check for updates, check mobile data and Wi-Fi settings.
