Hello! can you help me? after I formatted my Umidigi S2 it is not giving us a sign on the operator chips, I already tried to configure manually and it did not work already installed the ROM, but it did not work

Bought my UMIDIGI last week and the headphone bug is still there. I remove the headphones but the icon still remains theres until I restart the phone. When the headphone icon is there I can't listen the speakers nor the ringtone.

I've updated the softaware and the bug remained.

This is extremely annoying.  


Has anyone ever figured out how to permanently solve the issue?

Has Umidigi a solution for this?

I'm seriously thinking in returning the phone for this.
We are not supposed to buy a new product that has a chronic defect. This is simples not acceptable.

I´ve the same problem with the earphones.
I bought a few days the Umidigi S2 in the Umidigi Oficial Store and the earphone doesn´t work. I´ve restarted and replace factory settings, but nothing happens. I´m very disapointed with this problem. I ´ve read that many people have the same problem. How can we resolve this problem? It´s very expensive to return the equipment.

Maybe partially refund to cover new adapter will be fully satisfied for you.
