UMIDIGI Z PRO Charging Problem

I can submit all the evidences to prove that seller has charged me for repair of the phone which was under warranty and which had no warranty voids!

But my question is that how can I act against this? whom can I complaint ? how can I take action against the seller who is doing wrong?

Maybe contact to seller and forward link with this conversation. They can read our conversation and then make some decision.
Unfortunately I can't do nothing in this case.

it is not good news when the company (umidigi) who make the phone refuse to help curtomer with a device problem!

This is not good customer service, not to mention your sales partners are not helping customers either.

I kow from myself who has a faulty Umidigi Pro Z phone, I will not be buying another one from Umidigi!
