How I solved the issues with my Z PRO

I used the Z PRO for 4 month, strugling with all that issues the other people have as well. Finally I gave up and decided to change the phone. I had a Xiaomi before and I liked it, so I bought the XIAOMI MI 5X, which is comparable with Z PRO in price and in specs as well. And I have to admit that my decision was good. The MI 5X is so great, I have no issue with it at all. Clear sound, much better pictures, perfect and precise GPS, no heating, excelent battery life. Just to mention the battery: on Z PRO, I was able to use navigation for 2 hours on a single charge. On MI 5X I reach 8 hours! Also the bluetooth: when I went to gym, my smartwatch was disconnected, because I always leave the phone in the dressing room. However with the MI 5X I receive the notifications even in this case, the smartwatch is connected. The phone is even thinner by 1 mm. And also has something in addition - infra led for remote control, double optical zoom... I know, this is not a cheap solving of Z PRO problems, but I am happy I did so...
Maybe this will help to people who cannot decide if to buy UMIDIGI or not...

i returned my z pro and got a used nexus 5x

After one month of usage of my UMI Z PRO is dead! The battery almost explodes, I cant use it anymore onde is not charging or holding phone powered on for at least 10min... Im afraid to use and explodes in me.

How can I solve this? Who can help me? How Can I get them in touch to solve this like replace, refound... any help will be great.

Replace /refund is done by seller so you need contact to them.
Also you can buy new battery and replace yourself or give to local repairing centre. But this option will void warranty.
