Have a friend with a UMi Z. No battery issue...USB safty tester shows 4.8 v and mine shows 11.9 v. N ...
Every umi phone with Android 7 is charged at 12V but with 0.78A current. Of course in some conditions charging current and voltage could change.
You no need any special USB adapters to test charging voltage as you can check in testing mode.
Open calling dialler and type in *#*#33#*#* then go to single test, battery.
