It is just matter of money no phone like iPhone or Samsung, please people give it to them. they can advertise to their phone to compare with them (iPhone and Samsung) but not more than them. As we say in my country (if it is not Panadol it can never be Panadol.)

HI,

I have the same experience. Even with screen protector and front cover broke the screen and the digitizer three times. even small crack on the screen cause a mail function to the touch screen and display. I think it is due the quality of production of the device..   

I will not wait to brake it four times and get rid of this phone..

I already gave up. I am saving money to buy a new Samsung soon. Betting on an unknown brand was a waste of money that only brought me headache after my old Galaxy Note 3 crash. I have had many gadgets throughout my life, from many brands, some of them great, others not so much, this was the only one that really made me angry.
