MY BATTERY IS EXPLODING!!! UMI Z

Hi, I have a problem that several others have: the battery of my UMI Z is enflating and it is bending the phone a lot.
I contacted your seller and they told me:

Dear Andrea,

Thanks for connecting our customer service,and Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

After 150 days and within 365 days fromshipment

Policy: Upon being returned, the defectiveitem will be forwarded to the factory for repair. The shipping cost both wayswill be covered by customer.

Detail: Should the item become defective after 150 days from shipment,customers will still be allowed to send the unit back to us. We will help byforwarding the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Until theproduct arrives at our warehouse, the shipping cost both ways have to becovered by the customer. Any cost incurred during the process will be atcustomer's expense as well.

Please advise us your options about the solution of:

A. You returned the item to us, after we repair it and send to you (youneed pay for the freight out and home and the repair cost), but we can't promisethe result of repair.  

B. We can give you 30USD store credit as compensation and no need return theitem.

Please tell us your idea about the solution. I am looking forward youearly replay.

Now, I want to know FROM YOU what I should do. Because paying a lot of money for having it repaired (I bought it when it was first launched on January), with maybe bad results (camera is working bad due to the bend) and then maybe in a short have the same problem again is out of discussion.

If I have to send it back I will send it back. This means that I have to buy a battery for my old phone, because I cannot stay months without a phone, change the simcard, for the same reason and because my previous phone is a Samsung Galaxy 4 and it has a different size, and pay all the travel expenses.
But if you don't guarantee the success, I will indeed change te phone with a more reliable company.
And your reseller are sh... bad! Be aware of that!

If you can afford to pay the shipping costs both ways to have your phone repaired,
I have a better option....
Drop the Umi phone in the rubbish bin,and go and buy a phone that works properly.
Buy new hone through eBay and you will have proper help should things go wrong.

Hey. At least you get 50 %. Coolicool told me that I have to buy the battery myself. Umi has not reacted to my feedback at all. And it's been three weeks since I left feedback. Never again Umi phones to me. Thank you very much Umi

I did the request.
No info till now.
Anyway, as someone underlined, it is faster to buy a new phone than to pay for send it back (if we don't consider costs for repairing it).
Right now I have to press it on the side of the battery only to turn it on, because the button doesn't work due to the bend

The website replies immediately with success, but it has not sent anything yet. This means that if you navigate away, you are not sending the request at all.

This program is out my or Ben control. I can't answer now as I didn't request battery for my device as I don't have any issues with battery.
