You should go back to the stock ROM with the Unbrick Kit if you haven't done it yet. In my case, the TLC ROM couldn't recognize the SIM cards, the UMI ROM could recognize the SIMs but was not able to recognize and connect to the mobile networks.

Since this is a backup, it might can't work on other phones. You could try to process the following order: 1. Erase all partitions with twrp 2. Flash ROM with the Unbrick Kit provided in the ROM section 3. Flash twrp again and restore my backup.
Anyway, if you were able to restore the EFS partitions with my backup (the EFS partition was available at the restore) but the restoration has no effect, maybe your phone has a hardware defection.
