Sim tray problem

Hi,
My phone just arraived and I can not open the sim card tray with the pin, any idea how to fix this issue since I don't want to send it back and wait for another two months for a new phone.

To answer the question, if you can't open the SIM tray by pushing the pin into the hole, you should try to hook it and pull out the tray.
