How to get replacement of defective screen during power up based on warrantly claim if i would like Gearbest or UMI Z to fix it to right condition plus software update.
Help needed, please advise the best way to solve this ..

Warranty is done by seller and he is responsible for this.
In this case you have 12 months warranty (Gearbest). You sending device on your cost, Gearbest repairing and sending back to you on they cost.
But they can also offer to you different solution as partially refund as they did.
I don't know what you want hear from me.
Be honest to you I can't add anything more to this explanation.

yes, i did, they offer 3 options, which one will you choose, and when you compare to the terms of warrantly:

One Year Repair Warranty
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to GearBest , while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair, however customers can return it to us at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customers responsibility in such cases.

They gave you three options but of course you can tell to them that you want return product for repair (please don't forget that you covering one way shipping).
I would buy new screen and repair my self and ask them to refund 30 euro as this is roughly cost for new screen. But if they give 25 euro I would take too to have less hassles.
