Of course you are right...
Scolding and getting excited does not help anyone and brings nothing.
I ...

But did you contacted directly to your seller and amazon?

I have already sent requests directly to UMIDIGI and have never received an answer.
Luckily, I was able to solve most of the problems myself and did not have to send back a device.
I bought my Z Pro at Amazon, because I would not want to mess with UMIDIGI or Chinese dealers, if the device is defective.

I always have to do business with Chinese suppliers and I know how difficult it is to communicate with them.

I can see that you have applied screen protector which probably caused dust be very sticky due to be electrified.

...but the dust is inside and the other foreign object too because of a  design error. There is a oben gap between speaker and camera.

It is normal to have some dust in the pocket, also sometimes some sand or other small objects, especially when you have kids

But it must not get inside the mobile phone! I bought the phone via amazon but there I get no answer from UMIDIGI.

Where the sand/dust has come in, you might can get him out again.
Have you already tried to remove it with a vacuum cleaner?
You should not try to blow the dirt out, because you only spread it.

Anything what is electrified is making dust to stick on electrification side.
Umi/umidigi not producing water or dust proof devices so dust can access.

I repoted about this topic a few months before. It is designed badly in the area of the camera section. I was the first who had this problems and opened the device. Then i put a piece of tape in this gap between speaker and camera. Now my lens is clean for 4 months, but that is not the way customers should treat their devices.
