Last weekend i sent the retailer(coolicool) an e-mail asking for a update about my phone because the battery was swelling.Apparently there is still no news about my phone which is embarassing having in mind that the phone arrived at China 18 days ago.Beyond factory malfunctions the you keep in silence like nothing happened.I wait a quick answer from you or from the retailer because i really need the phone to work and to use on a daily basis.(order n°800154714)

You can wait a long time, they pretend and after it is radio silence, I do not blame the moderator or the administrator who just follow the instructions ..
