Guys,

I am now facing the same issue that other people mentionned recently.
My Plus E is 8 monthes old now, not a single fall, treated with the greatest of care.
Screen panel is starting to disjoin from the frame and is now getting loose. about 1mm at the top, 0.5mm at the bottom of the phone. I am now able to fit a a knife blade under it and could be taking it completely apart if I wanted to...

I don't care about the reason, as it is pretty obvious to me.
Crappy manufacturing, crappy quality check.
Considering Umidigi claimed that  their craftmanship was outstanding it is nothing more than big fat LIES and/or scam.
Just like their promises for upgrades or updates.
This company is a (very bad) joke, nothing more than basic chinese crappy bad quality stuff.
This is enough.

I give up with this device and with chinese crap, but be assured that I will keep on warning people about your products.

This phone is a disaster! Camera is TERRIBLE, touch problems, inaccurate gps, stuck on Android 6 (false promise of update to 7), no existence of custom roms, and now I must wait for my device to begin to break apart,even though I always take very good care of it.... GREAT! One of the worst purchases I ever made.

I agree, I am very disappointed as it seems all the talk is only marketing. What annoys me even more is that they keep rolling out so many phones, I've never seen any one else do it at that rate - How can that be good for the existing products? Shouldn't you make sure that your existing products work well and last before you go on to the next?

I am even more disappointed though at the lack of support. The fact that UMI uses an online forum where users help other users instead of supplying you with a proper product warranty and contact email/support where you can talk to the manufacturer directy, is just a joke. I've never come across this. Even my dishwasher can be registered online for warranty and support reasons!

Like you I am now left with a barely functioning phone and this is not even 7 months after buying it.

Yeah seems to.
Bu I've had enough with this device. Faulty battery is hazardous. Considering the lack of support, the poor overall quality of this device and the differnet issues faced, I will not spend a single € on it. I going to give a go at One plus, even if more expensive. At least you got value for money.

Definitely the worst of 12 or 15 devices I bought over the last 10 years.
