Two problems: WiFi and Notifications (ROM 2017-07-10)

1) WiFi: It works really slow, I go to the point. To download WhatsApp takes about 3 minutes or 4,
in the previous update it took about 15 seconds or 20.

2) Notifications: I can not extend the notifications when there are many of the same app, example:
Gmail, when I get several emails from the same person does not let me expand from the notifications to see them individually.
