Help with notifications menu

So my problem is that this menu always get with the background black, not transparent. Meanwhile in the lock screen if I open it gets transparent

My Notification bar also looks like this.
On my Galaxy S4 with LineageOS 7.1.2, the Homescreen is transparent in the lower area and still visible.

Unfortunately, I can not attach a screenshot.
When I try to insert the images, the following message appears:
Upload Error: 407
