Phone is getting hot while playing Games

While playing, the phone is getting really hot and the performance decrease. I got many lags and breakups. Anybody got an idea what is the reason for it and what can i do against?

Did you turn on performance setting? Settings-batery

I tryed both modes, not really a difference...
