UMI Max battery charging time

Hi.
I've recently upgraded my phone to Nougat (android 7), and now it takes forever to get a full charge.
Is it just my phone or is a general problem? Is there a solution?

Guys and girls , i noticed my background task clear was off. I have now turned this on and it is now charging as normal. I hope this helps.

Yes mine is now taking about 14 hours to get 75% charge. I think umi are using shite batteries. Maybe admin could give us a solution as I will not be going back to umi in the future if there is no fix.

Yes, I also had this problem with Nougat. A couple of weeks ago I finally got tired of struggling with this issue and downgraded my Max back to Marshmallow. Now the phone is again charging normally (and also battery drain is considerably slower).

I don't believe that UMI will ever solve this problem, because they have not once admitted that the problem even exists. So it's either Nougat with extremely slow charging and fast battery drain, or back to Marshmallow, I'm afraid.

here is the same, when I updated to 2070613 it was better for some time, but now it's worse than ever....

I agree,Nougat update is a half hearted attempt with far too many bugs and issues due to
lack of development before release.
