The thickness is standard 1.4mm, you just have to match the length by screwing out and measuring an existing screw.

I also miss one screw, already mailed Umi, they can hopefully felp me by sending a replacement screw. Anyone already knows what the exact size of the screws is?

They are quite standard. I used a screw from my old HTC Desire to replace the one fallen from my UMI.
